Terms of use and privacy

Template. The platform owner must replace it with legally reviewed text (templates/portal/terms.html) including seller details, refund policy and jurisdiction.

1. License

The buyer receives a non-exclusive right to use the software within the plan: term, number of devices and features are stated in the plan description. The key may not be transferred to third parties.

2. Prohibited use

It is forbidden to use the software and services for fraud, spam, unauthorised access to other people's accounts and systems, selling stolen data or any action that breaks the law or Telegram rules. The seller may revoke the license in case of violation.

3. What data we process

• Account data: email or Telegram ID, username, order history.
• Technical installation data: device ID hash, version, OS, IP address, last contact time and aggregated counters (e.g. number of orders in your bot) — for license checks, updates and support.
• Personal data of your own customers (buyers in your bot) is neither sent to nor stored on our servers.
• For bots on our hosting we store the bot token encrypted, only to run the bot.
