Challenge
With several channels, posts live in notes and private messages, get published by hand, and it's almost impossible to tell which ad actually brings subscribers. One tool was needed where:
- the schedule of all channels is visible a week ahead;
- the team prepares posts and approves them before publishing;
- every ad has its own link and you can see how many people joined and stayed.
How it works
- Content calendar: week and month views for all channels, drag-and-drop posts, statuses “draft / in review / scheduled”.
- Post editor: media, buttons, polls, a Telegram-style preview, scheduled publishing via the Bot API.
- AI editor: headline options, shorter texts, the best posting time based on the channel's history.
- Invite links for every ad: how many joined, how many stayed after 7 days, cost per subscriber.
- Analytics: growth, views, ER, top posts, activity by day and hour, PDF reports for advertisers.
- Team: author, editor and owner roles, edit history.
