SlotBot — online booking for salons via Telegram
The bot books clients with a specialist in 30 seconds, takes a prepayment, reminds them about the visit and fills cancelled slots from the waiting list on its own.

Challenge
A salon administrator spends half the day answering calls and messages like “any free slot on Saturday?”, and 10–15% of clients simply don't show up. The booking needs to run on its own:
- the client picks a service, specialist and time in a couple of taps;
- a prepayment secures the booking and cuts no-shows;
- cancellations don't turn into empty slots;
- the owner sees staff load and revenue without Excel.
How it works
- Booking in the bot: services with price and duration, specialists, free slots that respect breaks and schedules, several branches.
- Prepayment via Telegram Stars, card or crypto — the booking is confirmed automatically.
- Reminders 24 and 2 hours before, with “I'll be there” and “Reschedule” buttons.
- Waiting list: when someone cancels, the bot offers the slot to the next client.
- After the visit — a rating request and a personal promo code to come back.
- Web panel: schedule by specialist, manual bookings, clients and visit history, no-show and revenue analytics, Excel export.
